NoticeStack RegisterCT StockReady

Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Applies to NoticeStack, RegisterCT, and StockReady. Last updated: July 20, 2026.

Short version: These are template document packs, not legal advice. Pay once via Stripe, get a download link by email, get a free update if the underlying rule changes. Not the right fit? Email us within 7 days for a full refund. We use your email only to deliver the pack, send that free update, and respond if you contact us.

1. Who you're buying from

NoticeStack, RegisterCT, and StockReady are product lines published by Fortun8 LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (575 Camp Creek Rd, Highlandville, MO 65669). Each is an independent compliance-resource publisher. None of the three is a law firm, and none is affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any state government, state agency, the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, the Colorado Attorney General, the USDA, the Food and Nutrition Service, or any other government body referenced in the packs' subject matter.

2. What you're buying

Each pack is a set of template documents, checklists, and explanatory material about a specific statute or regulation (see the individual product page for which one). The packs are informational and educational. They are not legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and are not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction. Using a pack does not guarantee compliance with any law. The packs are a documented starting point, not a compliance outcome.

Statutory and regulatory facts referenced in the packs and on the product pages are sourced from the primary text available at time of publication (state legislature sites, the Federal Register, or the issuing agency) and cited on each product page. Rules can be amended, delayed, or reinterpreted after publication. Verify current requirements against the official source or your own counsel before relying on any date or figure in a pack.

3. Payment, delivery & access

Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. After checkout, Stripe redirects you to a delivery page with the pack's contents. We also keep a record of your purchase email so we can send the free update described below and respond if you need the link resent.

Delivery is digital only. There is no physical shipping. If a checkout redirect fails or you lose access to your pack, email us (address below) and we'll resend it.

Tier I vs Tier II

Where a product offers two tiers, Tier I includes a subset of the documents and Tier II includes the full set described on that product's pricing section. The pricing section on each product page is the current, authoritative description of what each tier includes.

4. Refunds

If a pack isn't the right fit, email nathanaelor@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms, no reason required. After 7 days, purchases are final, though we'll still help with access issues at any time.

5. The free update

Where a product page promises a free update when a statute's implementing rules, amendments, or agency guidance land, that update is sent to the email you used at checkout, once the change is confirmed against a primary source. There's no fixed delivery date tied to this promise. It fires when the underlying rule actually changes, not on a schedule, and it's limited to the specific statute the pack you bought covers.

6. Acceptable use

The templates are for your own organization's use in preparing for the referenced statute or regulation. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the pack itself as a standalone product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a pack is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any fine, penalty, or enforcement action, arising from your use (or non-use) of the pack's contents.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Venue: Greene County, Missouri.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you buy a pack, Stripe collects your payment details directly (we never see your full card number) and passes us your name and email so we can deliver the pack and, if applicable, the free update described above. We don't run analytics, ad pixels, or third-party trackers on these product pages. As of this policy's last-updated date above, none are installed.

The product pages and document packs load web fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a page connects your browser to Google's servers, which can see your IP address and browser information as part of that connection, per Google's own privacy policy. We don't receive or store that data ourselves.

What we do with it

We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party for marketing. We do not add purchasers to a general marketing list from a pack purchase alone.

How long we keep it

We keep your purchase email on file for as long as the free-update promise for that statute could still apply, so we can reach you when a rule changes. You can ask us to delete your record at any time (see contact below). Doing so may mean you no longer receive the free update.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below.
